What the hell Saturday evening to melina

I went on to indeed jobs on Saturday evening just for a small look

As I was feeling hmm and quight sleepy as I was going to bed now all was going fine no jobs that I could see which interest me then the next second I hear this link named phew scotland respite motherwell well that is respite wich I go to every few months next time I go it will be august but that is not the end of my story for scottish fun as I want to have a good vent about what I have saw and I will be putting you a link to this job here

So I presses the link to open the link as I wished to know more details as I am a nosey bastard online when I hear something like this so I waits for a second for the link to open right up phew is looking for a bloody new senior and I am hoping its darrens post he walked it after only 3 weeks now I know he was the last one to take a walk and trisha was replaced buy him before she went on night shift but what the dickens is phew doing looking for one june and july as it’s the glasgow fare and its alarge holiday lasting for 2 weeks or longer a senior is to lead the shift only and to tell the team that is ok buy me but I am going to be truthful here I feel that the seniors are a waste of space and time as you go to them and ask a basic question like has drina craig passed you and they turn around to you and say who is drina or can I have a chat to vickie well we will see but hush you end up going to speak to the people your self or emailing her at the desk and if that post I saw last night is right and I am bloody sure it is them arse holes and that post says nothing about checks at all

All it says you have got to be in care for 2 years now I could have been in a care job for 2 years but at night I broke in to a bank before I was interviewed with phew and its dammaged my clean record and they will not know this in less they ask for pree checks again from me and that is the fact I am getting at here its as if she is doing something out of colour if you get me its not linda mclean who has left buy far as she is classed as a team leader or vickie or loise as they are care officers titled as care officers hush people can put anything online but it says nothing about the service users having all types of disabilitie and it says you will be asked to do other tasks

the thing that worrys me been there for 6 days in august is this fact I will need to get a chance to shight at some point and get help to have a shit and the last time on the Thursday after lunch I told linda I wanted the toilet and a second later she said you mean it and she took me even alow it was after lunch that is all I am asking of them is that faver and I wish they wood leave me in private to have a shit but the issue is there you do never know who is coming back to see to you and that is why I say to that person stay in my room so lets say I said to janice an it please and she took me in to have a it when she went away it could be vickie or that new senior it comes back so vickie was not aware jamie was having a bowel movement but janice knew you see its not very personal or confidential at all I wish they wood mind they have got users who knows fully what is going on around them like last night I managed to spy on something and hush its not even on there sight and the arse hole lin does not keep that page updated jamie wood be better doing it allways

linda is not an arse hole at all if Imanaged to call them on Thursday I am sure that linda wood of talked to drina what gets me is theyhave rules for one but not the other as loise put it last time if all of them were singing off the same him book the place wood run much nicer

and more friendlyer as well I love loise and she is like michelle carins was loving and kamming to speak to she wood be perfect as a counciler
